I notice reading a lot of recipes and alot of your mealplans that most of you eat a lot of cottage cheese in your diets? Why do you eat it? I have never eaten cottage cheese so i dont know anything about it. Does it taste good?

excellent source of casein protein as mentioned, PERFECT sort before bed along with EFAs for a slow release of amino acids while you sleep for repair and growth.
