    my calorie intake

    Can someone tell me how many calories i should be taking in during maintenence? then for cutting? I think i'm not eating enough now at about 1800-2000 for cutting.....sound right?

    right now i'm 5'11 220 15% bf

    I'm pretty sure there are stickies on this board that will help you figure out your caloric intake.

    If you have excel, try this

    Really excellent online calculator for cals, macros

    I've calculated that the amount of calories your body needs simply to maintain proper basic bodily functions if you were to stay in bed all day is around 2200 (edit: this is just me using a formula, not using the link above or the info from the stickes, you should figure it out yourself like Jodi pointed out).

    Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

    But if I'm not, please eat more.
