Pizza lovers

I don't have all the stats on it yet but next month Pizza Hut is selling a low carb single serving pizza. I have already sampled it and it tastes great kinda like a wheat bread pizza. This I think will be good for carb up days except they bump the price pretty high, 4.99. Well for once a week I think it will be good but I am looking forward to more nutritional info.

I just go for the thin crust stuff...blot the grease off the pizza with paper towel/napkins. In my experience coffee filters were the best for blotting the grease off the pizza, the coffee filters don't get all soggy and stick to the cheese.

low carb this low carb that.... dang if you are seriously going to splurge and have pizza.. then EAT THE REAL PIZZA!

this silly low carb craze isnt going to help people, same as the low fat craze that went on 10 years ago. whats next? Healthy diet, staying active and moderation are the keys. I need to make a Commercial!!!!!

Go Jen! LOL

Seriously, like the low carb pizza with all that bad fat is even worthwhile. If I'm willing to have that much fat on the low carb pizza then I'm just gonna go all out and have the real thing. Don't waste your time!

I don't care much for the low carb craze, but am I the only one who blots all the grease off the top of their pizza??...try it sometime, I bet you will be suprised/shocked at all the fat you are cutting from a slice of pizza.

its like at Subway, they replace the Subs with "Low Carb Wraps" which are ladden in fat!!!! and generally more calories per wrap than in one of the 6" under 6g fat Subs. CALORIES count in the long haul.

madden player, no your not the only one that blots their pizza. I do too, and I only eat pizza as a cheat.

Oh ya, Bronx is real NY pizza.
Been cutting since late April/early May. More of just tweaking the diet though. Getting rid of some of the cheats, being more strict. Feeling good. How's the bulk?

eh slow and a feeling of being constantly waterlogged. I can also now understand why people don't do cardio on a bulk, since i'm usually full of food most of the time, the thought of running makes me want to regurgitate

Yuck. I could never do cardio after eating. Maybe short bulking and then short cutting cycles would be good for you.

yup go for the real deal on thin crust loaded with veggies!! Pizza is my cheat about 99% of the time...grew up in the dairy land WI so I love me some cheese hehe
I gotta say I think this low carb craze is something of a scam...yah if it's followed correctly it can be beneficial but with all the fast food stuff I can't help but laugh...my fav is the double bacon cheeseburger sans bun..too funny

I took up jogging to hear heavy breathing again!

I with you brother i do that always. It cuts the saturated fat by 15 20 percent I heard from like muscle and fitness. Plus if i eat a pizza with all the grease it goes right throught me.
