Cook leans meats, veggies, and brown rice in bulk on the weekends and pack individual servings in tupperware.
In emergencies, there's always a shaker bottle and baggies of protein powder, pouches of tuna, etc.
Ok, so here i am trying to put together some kind of diet / meal plan that i can realistically keep up with this fall. However, i'm going to be on campus / at school for a large portion of the day, and although my house is reasonably close to the school, i'm not able to go back just for meals and such.
So i'm hoping you guys / gals might be able to help and give me some good suggestions of things that can be prepared, bought, etc that would make for a small meal while on the road?
any help is appreciated!
Brad.

get yourself an insulated lunch bag, you can carry pretty much anything from precooked meats, sweet potatoes, rice, dry baggy cereal(fiber1 /allbran), cottage cheese, fruit, salads/veges, peanut butter, nuts, etc.
