    Mix before bedtime Methoxyisoflavone ??

I'm taking that mixture just before bed and I would like to have your opinion about it.

    31g whey
    250mg Methoxyisoflavone
    500mg Pure Tribulus Terrestris Extract
    4g Creatine Monohydrate
    3g Glutamine peptides
    1g L-Glutamine

I'm also having 1 table spoon of flax oil.
    1 full egg.
    1 tea spoon of PB.

What do you think of that mix just before bed?

IMO...Methoxyisoflavone is a complete waste of money

    I would change the following:

take out the creatine and L-Glutamine and the raw egg. change 1 tea spoon of PB to one tablespoon. maybe down 1/2 cup of cottage cheese to get some slower digesting proteins...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
