the Old Style( I buy the 0.25% sort) simply means that there arent any additives such as salt. so it is naturally lower sodium.. the consistancy is a bit different than that you would buy normally, but I actually prefer the taste.

Old style cottage cheese
I`m having a hard time finding a low sodium cottage cheese here in Canada , this is the only one I found. It even has less carbs and more protein than the regular type.

I found it at Loblaws , on my label it says per 100 g (1/3 cup) 90 cals , 18.5 p , 0.3 f , 3.5 c . And seing its low in sodium , I think this is what i`ll stick it.
