In all the stuff I've read (I do have a nutrition book, but it's a little outdated....it say eggs are bad), it varies from 6.3 to 6.7.

I count 6g for a large egg.

Dietary cholesterol has no affect on blood cholesterol levels. IOW - Eat the eggs with the yolks. Just remember they are caloric dense because the yolk is mostly fat but eating 2-3 yolks a day is fine depending upon your diet and goals.Originally Posted by tornadoman17
