Looks good to me, although I'm not a huge fan of Muscle Milk at all. I also don't know what benefits you will be receiving from only supplementing with 1g of fish oil a day, haha. Personally on a bulk I would bring protein down and bring carbs up.

Peace.

Well planned. But I agree no need for so much protein. At your current weight 225g is would plenty (1.5g/lb bw). And increase the carbs(complex sources) more. Ex: M1 could have more oats (for example I weigh less than you and I eat at least that much oats, if not more for breakfast.. and Im not bulking).

which meal is post workout?

would it be possible to swap one of those protein shakes for whole food instead? Real food is far superior IMO. do you like cottage cheese?

1/2 cup steel cut is 3/4-1 cup whole oats, though.

Peace.

M5 is postworkout.

On the go alot for work, so shakes are convenient. Can swap out when available.

I like cottage cheese with fruit (strawberries, peaches, bananas) on top. Otherwise get bored real easy with it. I will try it though

Premo55 - What do you suggest other than Muscle Milk?

Thanks
