The Hood CC milk has more protein.
This was posted at Avant so I thought I'd share. I haven't tried it yet but it has 0 sugar. I heard it can be purchased at Albertsons.

What do you think of LC milk before bed?

Oh the Heritage milk is not nearly as good tastewise as is the Hood's. I use the fat free Heritage just to add some flavor occassionally to protein shakes since it's only 40 calories per cup. It tastes really good mixed with BSL WPC-80 orange cream. The chocolate is so so. I go with Hood's for that.
This milk has been around SoCal and NorCal for awhile. Shortly after the Hood's appeared in grocery stores, this one did also.

That's the Heritage, 40 cals and 2 carbs. Hood's is 70 cals and 3 carbs.
I seen this milk at Basha's.. didn't buy it because protein content was less than Hood's
