A question about making sufficient calories

If I havn't made all my calories for the day, is it ok if I finish up with maybe a Hamburger from McD's (just this one time), or am I better off not making the cal cut. I am bulking, so I could care less about fat.

I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.

....did I mention the ladies too???

lol, Goals are to gain weight in muscle and fat, but I eat healthy always, but sometimes I don't get enough calories for the day... so should I eat the burger or a PB&J sandwhich? NAtty PB of course!

Id choose the PB & J w/ a huge glass of milk before MC'D's. Once in a while is alright I suppose.

A bunch of nuts, protein shake, milk, peanut butter added, cottage cheese, etc ,etc makes a perfect high calorie drink or snack.

How many cals are we talking about here? 900 cals can be as easy as 16oz of milk, 3tbs of powdered Gatorade, 3 scoops of protein and 1tbs of flax oil. Mix and chug, WAY better if you ask me then fast food.
