Question 20 pounds in one month, bf down 7%

I would love some help on loosing 20 pounds in a month. I weigh 206 for now. I'am 5'10" trying to get to 186 pds. I started my diet 2 days ago. Eating Protein shakes, Broccolli, Tuna, Alternating turkey, chicken breast, & some red meat. Keeping the carbs down to a minimum. Started running today. Started taking Clenbutrex. Drinking about a gallon & a half of water per day. My goal is to get the bodyfat down from 19% to 12 %. Then go heavy on the weights & take some monster test by VPX. Can anyone give some advise as to how they would go about this differently. Thank you for your help.

i dont think its possible to lose 20 pounds "healthy" in 1 month but thats what goals are for. whats your hurry to do it in 1 month? i believe the key to success is eating healthy and frequently and not starving yourself like the general public believes. it may take a little longer to reach your goal, but it will be healthier, you wont lose as much muscle, and you will be more likely to keep it off.....imo.

20lbs in a month is alot. Not something that could be done in a healthy manner. I would shoot for an average of 1.5 to 2lbs per week over several weeks (like 12 to 16). Then do a bulk from there.

Yeah 20 lbs in a month is possible.... but to acomplish that much of a drastic loss you would lose about half muscle half fat, which isnt what you want. If you do it slower and correctly you will minimize the muscle loss.

My biggest question is what is your hurry? It is o.k. to have goals but the goals you are setting are in my opinion unattainable in 30 days.

It always seems people get into something like this wanting instant results. Which isnt possible, they either stick with it or quit after they fail there impossible goal.

Very true. In this age of instant gratification so many do not want to put forth the time and effort required to acheive thier goals.

weither this cat is lookin for instant gratification or not ill never forget what a gym teacher told me in high school. He said that most people quit working out after about 14 days b/c they see no gain, however gains start after about 18-20 days. He was basically sayin just wait a lil longer. It helps me today. I have already started to see gains (it's been about 2 months now) but im not where i want to be, just keep workin, waitin, and twiddling my thumbs.

Hmmm. Well first you take your maintainance calories. Ok youve got that number. You shoot for less than that on a daily basis till youve hit your goal.
