    Are we allowed success stories?

if not than this is my shameless plug at congratulating myself!

Although I'd never say that I ever considered myself fat, this past year tit and I have simply had a great life together, especially happy with each passing day. We lived together, slept together, and as apparently was a major factor, we ate together.

and the last semester of school we really had picked up a few extra pounds from all the eating

so this past summer tit and I have been apart because of summer vacation, she in Puerto Rico and me in South Carolina, and we decided that we'd both get back in shape for when we saw each other 2 months later.

I came here to the Diet and Nutrition board, read up and down on Jodi's sticky at the top of the board, memorized it to the calorie, and within two months went from a 40 to a 34 by controlling my calorie intake, regulating my diet, and exercising like a mofo. I don't know how much I weighed before all this started, but I was certainly past 200 lbs, and am currently at the 185-ish level. I don't have much to compare that to, so I don't know if that's especially good or not, but I feel much healthier, look much better, feel much more confident, have much baggier clothes, and have jodi to thank for it.

    Hats off Crono

I am currently working on losing weight and gaining muscle, or cutting.
You should be congratulated. Reading success stories like yours give me an added incentive to continue, not that the P/RR/S workout don't do enough to keep me motivated....
