Eating in the morning?
Alright school is starting back up for me rather soon. Im faced with a dilemma, I dont have much time to eat in morning, because all of my precious time is taken up by sleeping. When I first wake up I cant eat...I simply want to throw up. Is anyone else like this and what are your suggestions?

Start by eating really small meals. I'm talking 100 calories or so. Gradually work your way up to a normal-sized meal. Eating upon waking up is very important.
Something my friend does that helps him is to drink a couple glasses of water first thing. Then 15 minutes later his stomach is ready for food.

I cannot eat much in the moring as well. So this is what i do. i always have about a cup of water soon after waking up. A bit later , for breakfast, i throw 1 cup (dry measure) oats + 1scoop protein powder + 1cup milk into a blender. Blend for about 15secs and drink immediately. Dont let it stand for long as it will thicken into a real sludge. Total time to prepare and consume < 5mins. But as suggested above, start small and work your way up.

a shake would solve the eating issues or go to bed earlier and set the alarm earlier than it is now to give yourself time

i am also terrible at getting out of bed. what i usually do is just make a shake with milk/banana/oats/whey/olive|flax oil, and drink it on my way.
if i'm really pressed for time i just grab a banana and dump some whey into a container of some sort and add water when i get to the university

Wow I couldn't imagine being in your position. I wake up BECAUSE I'm hungry in the morning. Seriously, I don't even need an alarm anymore, my stomach wakes me up after 8 hours of sleep
Peace.

milk + banana (or other fruits) = major bloating/gas
However a handful of berries i find are tolerable.

No im really into the arts, actually a musician myself... play trombone and euphonium. But this class is just a joke. All you do is watch musicals and listen to different types of music...doesnt require any skill or knowledge.

Oh God, I took that class in college. Easy A, but what a waste of time. You had to sit there and interpret what the musician was saying in his/her lyrics. Then you had to watch musicals..... .....and I don't mind a musical. I love Broadway...

i also cant eat in the morning. i actually posted today about it. it really helps me to drink 2 full glasses of water right when i wake up. then wait 15-20 mins. if you still cant eat, the shakes recommended above sound like a good idea.

You must be large, that's a lot of calories.
Assuming skim milk, this would be:
1 cup oat meal = 300 calories
1 scoop protein power ~ 115 calories
1 cup skim milk = 90 calories
Total is 505 calories
