    Gaining Weight Fast?

I'm 16 i've been doing weights for 2 months, i go every 2nd day for about 2hours, i also do some swimming and biking. I went up in the past 2 months from 138 to 154-155 lbs. (im 6'2). Now i quit for the rest of the summer because i'm moving. Im still doing some free weights at home but nothing special...Any hints on gaining weight? I really don't care if my body fat rises too much, since i'm i'd say 10% or so and i usually dispose the fat...
Umm i'm not a big eater, and i don't usually like eating...even "McfattyDonalds" doesn't attract me...No way i can eat like theese people post "10 egg whites a day" or stuff like that..Tonight i just ate 4 whites and 2 wholes fried with no oil and i feel sick already...
Any Ideas what i could be doing?

Btw i read theese forums and such, i just want some people's opinion..theese forums tell you to eat 20 eggs a day and oatmeals..

If your arn't a big eater and you want to gain weight then you better learn how to eat more. Take it slow but the only way to gain is to eat and I don't mean eating junk like McDonald's either or 20 eggs. Oatmeal, most definately, no way around that. Lots and lots of healthy foods.

Im gunna have one light meal now with high protein + some whey protein right now. I don't really like oatmeal..basically all my life i've been eating as fat as i wanted and i've been doing everything as i wanted...If i dont work out i tend to lose weight even if i eat the same ammount of food

So ill try high protein to repair the muscle faster so i can last longer...2 weeks till i move to new house, then i can go to a gym again

Am I the only one impressed with this guy putting on 2 lbs per week? If those numbers are accurate, I'd say you should keep doing whatever you have been as long as the gains keep up. Increasing your body mass by 12% in two months is pretty fast.
Try some one-legged bodyweight squats while you are in the process of relocating. Try them in a door frame that you can grab if you need help and balance.

ATM my mom's still bitching @ me saying i need to eat good..Today i ate about 1400 Calories and 12x my weight would be somewhere between 1800-1920... I didn't work out today except 20 mins biceps and 5 mins abs. I biked on a stationary bike and it said i burned 500 calories in roughly 40 mins ish of continous biking.

So basically 900 calories for use on my body...@ a rate of 80 calories/hr to live, it all evens out to no weight gain/loss today...Looks like i might have to work out a lot more than i thought in order to lose weight

Wait a minute... I am confused?? - Why are you trying to loose weight? At 156 odd pounds and a height of 6'2 the LAST thing you want to do is loose weight!!

You should be concentrating on adding quality mass to your frame - NOT doing endless hours of muscle burning cardio and starving yourself!! What is the point of being 'cut' if you have nothing to SHOW for your lack of fat??!!

Now, at 16 years of age I would be VERY careful about restricting your calories to such an extent (infact, I would be careful at ANY age about severe calorie restriction!). You are (and I hate to use the term) a 'growing lad' and you NEED to eat a healthy, well balanced, wholesome diet in order for your body to lay the foundations of your 'adult form'.

Also, your body NEEDS to have a base calorie level - your brain/nerves, heart contraction, breathing, hormone production systems, digestion, kidney function, liver function, bone growth and muscle repair all need energy to occur on a daily basis and at the calorie level you are at this will not be happening correctly! I would say that, to function adequately at your height and weight you need a MINIMUM of 1500 cals JUST for your basal calorie need. You would then need to add on activity calories/moving calories which probably brings your requirements up to at least 2300-2500 a day!

If I were you I would take advantage of your current 'advantagous hormonal status' and go on a lean mass mission.... You have copious amounts of testosterone and growth hormone flowing through your veins at the moment and severe calorie restriction and the stress of excessive exercise will do nothing but suppress these amazing hormones!! This will only slow your metabolic rate and making your body fat-hoard and your physique goals will be even harder to achieve.

Don't set yourself up for a life of poor health.

If you train hard and eat a good diet of adequate carbohydrates, lean proteins and healthy fats (including enough essential fatty acids) your gains could be very impressive - Plus, your body will thank you for allowing it to finish growing!

Stop fussing about your abs at your age.. eat eat and eat well and clean and put on some bulk, coz you will have the rest of your life to worry about your abs.

Im now @ 151 lbs and 2days ago i was @ 159 just after i went @ a buffet and ate all i could eat. 2 Days ago i pinched my stomach and there was maybe 1cm or 2 of fat...Now when i pinch it i can only get the skin and a very THIN ammount of fat to pinch...However all the fat on the thighs is there still...I also pinched my lowerback and right now i have NO visible fat at all...it was just skin...

Hormones aren't always great..High testestrone yes, but they also cause oestrogen to flow through your veins which makes your skin oily and you get zits on your back or even worse on your face.

*Right now i'm eating a bowl of spaghetti with i'd say about 30 grams of fat and 300 grams of carbs and a cup of dill pickles* that should kick my carbs and my sodium levels right up the to normal..Usually i eat a lot of sodium but for the past 2 days, i had NO salt or anything containing sodium except a small small piece of feta cheese...

Well I hate having fat between my abs... LIke it went on top of the muscle straps and went inside the holes and stole away my shape. NAfter 2 days of diet, ALL fat on top of my 4 abs is 80% gone, and on my bottom ones it's still there...

What i was thinking is..if i pull down the fat now, it'll only be 3-4 weeks of diet...And then i jump up to 170 lbs and i pull down till 155 or whatever again, and then i jump up to 175 and i pull down to 165...and so on.. Instead of going up like crazy till 180 lbs and then trying hard to get back down to 160 lbs, dieting like mad...

So are you telling me you didn't urinate?

All you have lost so far is water. I can guarantee that. In order to drop water you have to drink lots of water and eat very little sodium. Both which you have done. Nobody can lose 8lbs of fat in 2 days. It's impossible.
