If your arn't a big eater and you want to gain weight then you better learn how to eat more. Take it slow but the only way to gain is to eat and I don't mean eating junk like McDonald's either or 20 eggs. Oatmeal, most definately, no way around that. Lots and lots of healthy foods.

Umm I don't think i can stand myself in the mirror...My bottom 2 abs are covered in fat now, i can barely see them when i flex my abdomen...My top two are roughly visible..I really wantedto go for the cut...
