damn you all meso and ectos .... you guys are so lucky ... oh well i guess i gotta work with the card that genetics have dealt to me ... so are there any endo in here that can help me ... WHY AM I NOT A MESO OR AN ECTO
being an endo is not as bad as you might think. there's plenty of positive aspects.
you might have to watch your diet a bit. especially the carbs. there's a sticky by Jodi in the "nutrition" section on refeeds & leptin that i think was made with endo's in mind.
i'm an endo/meso but do get fat if i overdo the carbs so manipulating them either way is a good place to start when your planning an eating plan.
stick to protein, good fats & plenty of fibre.
believe me the fibreis extremely important.
on the plus side endo's can train longer & more often than ecto's which suits me as i'm completely addicted to this lifestyle.
with the advice written in the sticky i mentioned i can easily adjust my bodyfat levels (either way) which helps during the winter to protect against the sicknesses.
with my current eating plan i have no problems getting it bodyfat off either. i just add 30-60 minutes of moderate cardio 4-5 times a week.
it would be hard for me to post my exact diet as i eat differant every day.
my bodyweight is around 240 lbs so i make it a point to eat at least 240 grams of protein a day.
i try to eat whole foods but protein powders are a good way of bringing up the calories when i can't eat them but i mainly have them pre or post w/o or both!!
i also eat a lot of fibrous type veges to keep me regular & i found it keeps my stomach full & hunger pains away.
on the fourth day i just eat anything i want but it's usually high GI sugary type foods.
i still find it hard to believe that there is a place for all that junk food in a nutritional program but it definately works for me.
don't get stressed out if this doesn't work for you but you can experiment with it for a while & see what works for you.
the most important thing is to make it fun.
