    hi sweety

    ok here goes.
im attempting to put together a diet, and count my calories so i can try to cut correctly. i lost my beer gut recently but also a little strength, and i want to do it right this time!
i have a problem, however. for some reason, my first meal of the day is the hardest to put down. once i get that meal down, im fine. i always crave something sweet, as it is the easiest thing to put down. right now im eating raisin bran or life cereal in the morning with 2% milk. (raisin bran has 19g sugar and life has 6g, plus the milk)
is this gonna really screw up my cutting or do you guys think i could get away with it? i have to eat something in the morning or my appetite is screwed for the rest of the day. i try to stay away from artificial sugars, i hate the taste and cancer bothers me.
i can avoid sugar for the rest of the day, except for occasional milk or juice with a meal, usually milk. i realize that milk has sugar in it, so what kind of drinks could i have with my meals besides milk? id rather drink something besides water. im considering lime juice (about 1/2 lime in a cup of water), but would like to keep the milk if possible.
sorry i dont have more info about my diet, i havent gotten completely organized.

in short: is cereal ok in the morning? if not, what should i eat? how much sugar is OK in a day?

thanks for all your help peoples!

btw... i realize that a bowl of cereal is not enough protein. i wouldnt mind adding a scoop of whey, if i can keep the cereal.

oatmeal and blueberries eh? sounds yummy. any advantage to slow-cooking oats as opposed to minute oats?
ill have to try the sugar free syrup as well... even though i usually am not a fan of sugar-free foods. worth a try.
also, a friend of mine recommended that i take lsd before and after i workout. does this seem like a good idea?

Go with slow cooking, or old fashioned rather than instant. Instant are cut thinner, and have higher GI.

I second this motion. Add some eggs, chicken or whey protein and you have a perfect meal.

exactly. Need some protein with those carbs.

I usually add about 2 tsp's of Splenda per 1/2 c of oats.
