    Fat cooked off?

How should i account for all the fat cooked off of meats? Such as when i make my turkey burgers on the foreman, i know water comes off it but so do clumps of fat. Cause if i count the burgers whole fat it would come out to about 14 grams of fat for a 1/2 lbs., but i know and can see a lot of fat cooking out

I count everything raw. I figure it is better to overstate than understate.

yeah i count it raw but i usually only sometimes get up to 17-18% of my cals from fat counting it raw, and if a lot cooks out then that drops me quite a bit, especially if i decide to eat four burgers (1 lbs.)
