at 6ft 150lbs it sounds as though you are a true ectomorph? ie. hardgainer. If your goal is to gain more LBM, then by all means you should eat up. However I still advocate a clean healthy diet with variety. Eating so much tuna and bread isnt what I would call balanced. Sure they may be convient but a little preparationg or planning ahead never hurt anyone. How about including other protein sources such as cottage cheese, lean beef, lean pork, chicken/turkey, etc.Your eggs are fine as well. Great source of protein and vitamins, but I wouldnt overdo it on all the yolks.

As for carb sources, instead of the bread all the time, how about oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown/wild rice, WHOLE grain bread, whole wheat pitas/tortillas, whole grain pasta, fiber1/all bran cereal and of course fruit. Id limit the fruit juice however.
The soda pop has got to GO!!

Remove the peanut butter from post workout, and add in some protein such as whey. If your looking for ways to convince your father of the benefits and such from it, then do a search on goggle "benefits of whey protein" or alike. TONS of information that will aid in familiarizinf your father with this supplement.

Also make sure that your eating enough times throughout the day, I see "breakfast, lunch and dinner" but ideally you want 5-6 even 7 meals during the day. Smaller more frequent. This will help you get in enough quality calories as well.

I dont see much for vegetables or healthy fats in your diet as well. Both are very important for various reasons. Adding in more EFA's would provide more calories as well. Good choices- flax/hemp oil, fatty fish(or fish oil caps, olive oil, natural nut butters, dry roasted/raw nuts, avocados, etc.

well the point of standardising the tuna and eggs and milk is that i cant maintain my protein intake on a daily basis as the food that my parents buy just differs from day to another,,actually there are about 6 meals in there but i didnt enumerate them ,,i will be getting lots of carbs in my lunch and dinner meals,,ex : macaroni,,rice ,,etc ,,and i have oatmeal in my postworkout shake,,so what should i do else???

make sure that the rice is brown/wild or bastami and the macaroni or any other pasta is whole wheat or whole grain.

A protein powder would indeed help you to keep a consistant level of protein in your diet without consuming tremendous amounts of tuna as you are, which should cause a bit of concern with mercury levels.
