If I were you would add a serving of oatmeal and ditched the overprocessed thin sliced turkey breast.

I don't get why you're getting him to replace a protein source with a carb source

    Peace.

Here's a suggestion for breakfast. I start my day with this every day.
When I hit pre-contest I cut out the fruit, yogurt and egg yolk out.

    Protein Pancake:
    1/2 Cup Oatmeal
    1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
    4 Egg Whites
    1 Whole Egg
    1/2 Banana
    1/4 Cup Fat/Sugar Free Yoghurt

Blend it all together and cook, takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and cook and is yummy!

I agree. processed meats, such as deli style varieties are full of sodium, preservatives and nitrates. real turkey would be much better.

whats a 1/4 of black toast?
