Here's a suggestion for breakfast. I start my day with this every day.
When I hit pre-contest I cut out the fruit, yogurt and egg yolk out.
Protein Pancake:
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
4 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
1/2 Banana
1/4 Cup Fat/Sugar Free Yoghurt
Blend it all together and cook, takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and cook and is yummy!
I agree. processed meats, such as deli style varieties are full of sodium, preservatives and nitrates. real turkey would be much better.I meant to tell him to eat regular turkey instead.

thanks for reply guys, i will try some new stuff but for the most part i think ill stay with my current diet because it is really working for me... i also do eat oatmeal in the morning when i got to work, wich is 3-4 times a week...........ill think about the turkey and ill make some adjustments but i love this breakfast because it propelss me right thru the morning....
