    My Bulking Plan (Gopro style)

I found some old posts on how Gopro planned his off season diet. Customized it a bit to suit my needs, and this will be my first attempt at it. Stats:
    Age: 18
    Height: 5'10
    Weight: 167
    Calories: 2800 (16.75 cals/lb)

I'm going to try this out for about 7 days - 10 days, and take note of any gains. If there are none, I'll move the calories to 20 cals/lb.

I've added my plan (Excel), I use a 2 week bulk/1 week cut system. I'm testing this out after I saw an article posted on this at IM this month.

Any suggestions to the actual diet are welcome,

    Thanks for looking!

You dont have a carb in meal 3 or 4? And not sure if you want to consume fat before a workout with your peanut butter. Besides that it looks good....

I dont see the need for the second PWO insulin spike meal though.. ie the white rice. I would go with brown/wild/bastami rice instead.

I also think you have too much protein and not enough carbs. you could add some carbs in meal 1, move some of those fats to your last couple of meals instead.

The plan was too wrap my daily carb intake around my workouts. 25% 3.5 hours before a workout, and the rest post workout, and pwo meal. Fats are highest at breakfast and the meal I have 30 minutes before my workout. DO you think I should replace the peanut butter, with fish oil or canola oil instead?

    Thanks

Atherjen, thanks for the suggestions. I was thinking about adding fats in my last meal before bed, I guess I might end up doing that. I should've better explained where I'm coming from. I'm currently experimenting with gopro's older diet Most successful offseason diet ever!. I've attempted doing 40/40/20 before, and I saw some pretty good gains off that, but now I'd like to see if I gain faster with this new routine.

    I believe I'm using a 48 / 24 / 28 – P/C/F ratio during the weekdays, and 36 / 46 / 18 – P/C/F ratio during the weekend.

How do you deal with burping up that nasty stuff all day long?
I tried fish oil, but burping it up afterwords was too much.

take the fish oil with whole food, and during the meal, not after. never take it alone
