Behind the scenes
I was watching a behind the scenes featurette with Michael Jai White ( Spawn Exit wounds), he was training for a movie and he said that his diet was 70% protein he also commented on protein being "...all food that had parents...." But what worried me was as he had bulked up, on this diet surely while he was training he would have felt a lack of energy, unless he's getting alot energy from the 3 gallons of water a day he was drinking.
