    Protien Only

    Tell me guys an gals, is it still possible to build good new muscle gains on a Protien only diet or must you have a good rate of Carbs in there to build new ??

    hard on liver, easy to lose lean mass...dont count on building any mass that way.

    its a great way to get shredded, but not good for your body.

    JUST protein?

    you need a balance of protein, complex carbs and EFA's for an all around healthy diet...bulking or cutting.

    I think it is next to impossible to eat only protein. Actually i think it is.

    how is it possible. Along with any protein you will have fat. Unless you were eating fat free proteins.

    Hi Kevin always fat yes was refering to I had cut out all carbs etc, was just meat meat meat

    i read an article about stallone the other day. he said there was a time when he ate tuna and water 24/7 to get down to 4% bf. nothing but tuna and water
