So how do you guys fit 4-5 meals during working hours (7am-4pm)?

Believe it or not, this is the first time I've ever took eating every 2 hours seriously. It's been easy and great, but that's only because I get the privilege of being a college bum living under my mom...something I'm not afraid to admit!

Anyways, when school begins, I know that on some days, I get a 3 hour gap and I get to go back to my room, prepare a fast meal, and even lift after eating before the next class. But on some days, I only get 1 hour in between. I can always just eat the school meals but then all you can eat pizza and hamburger is not what I had in mind this year.

How do you all work the loopholes of the daily work schedule to fit in a meal every 2-3 hours without resorting to fast food or processed food?

Plan. If it means chugging a shake and some fish oil caps and calling it a meal oh well.

    Yup, what kvyd said!
Plan ahead and deal with the inconvenience of lugging your meals around with you. I eat every two to three hours religiously and if it means pulling out my chicken and yams at work, the movie theatre or on the road then so be it... it's all about priorities.

If you can, take your foods already prepared with you. If you are not able to do that, make 2 of the meals shakes, so you can drink them easily.

Just takes a lil planning is all. Good Luck!

It's easy at a desk job. Everyone is used to me eating whenever they come to my desk now. I took a lot of flack for it at first, but I just went along with the jokes and they're used to it now. Get a big cooler and pack the meals the night before.

I thought I was the only one that did that... I never leave home without a meal packed.

During every meal I am thinking about what I am going to eat at the next meal. If I am really on my game, on Sunday I make giant stashes of chicken, veggies, yams (or whatever is hanging around) and lug it to work for the week. I also always have my shaker bottle ready just in case I have to run into a meeting and cant pound whole food in front of my boss.

Kvyd couldnt have said it any better. You have to plan!
