I was curious to knowing what is the best Pre-wkout meal? I have been taking my usual Shake.. but its getting to taste bland.... What else would be good?

I have to leave, but If dinner is after which I would guess it is, I would say carbs to fuel your workout, like oatmeal or something like that. I feel much better with carbs and real food while I work out

since you train so late in the day you could go with carb and protein preworkout and then post workout just go for protein and veggies. the cottage cheese would be good post workout protein source for late in the day.
preworkout how about some oatmeal and a shake? or you could make protein pancakes.. (easily portable as well if your on the go and not at home).
even chicken and rice or sweet potato.
