Need some advice/opinions plz ......seriously
Ok, so tonight i normally ravenously binge on carbohydrates.
sure I could call it a "refeed" or "carbup" but lets be serious here.
So ive gotten used to this...physically my workouts suffer without it and i am addicted to the seretonin ruch i get from eating 800grams of simple sugars.
I need to drop all remaining water as I will be out at the lake tomorrow and will want my abs to be very defined...sO i want to avoud the carbup tonight but usually find it difficult to sleep when im hungry and void of blood glucose.
Can anyone give me any ideas on getting to sleep and avoiding the ravenous overfeed in order to look like a gaunt supermodel tomorrow out on the lake?
Any thoughts, ideas, hints would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.
Im no diet expert, but wont you be looking pretty flat tomorrow after going without carbs for so long? Im assuming your diet has refeeds for a reason. There are some supplements that could help (r-ala, etc), but im doubting you have the time to go out and get that stuff.
eat some slow burning carbs tonight. Maybe some oats and a sweetpotato. that should give you some satisfaction and the carbs will keep you froming look real flat tomorrow.

no , none of those, and 5 HTP always made me feel like binging actually ........and i once read a thread by someone saying meletonin made their nipples puffy so i am scared of that
Lots of low GI carbs the night before and breakfast that day. More glycogen = more water stored IN the muscle. Drink some caffeine in the morning--or lots of beer at the lake for a diuretic.

This is a very valid question. I have been wondering about this for some time.
