1 1/2 Cups of cottage cheese is a little over 40g of protein... it's great with pineapple of any other fruit.
5 oz. Chicken Breast
1 Cup LC Milk mixed with Scoop whey protein and some fruits
6-7oz. lean cut beef (sirloin tip, inside round, eye of round).
10 egg whites+1yolk.
1cup.cottage cheese + 1 low carb yogurt.
