Please repost this in Grams of protein/carbs/fat. It will be easier to look through your diet. Also 1350 is not a lot of cals. Most women dieting eat more than that and I beleive you are male, correct? Also post your stats.

Sorry Guys.. 6'1, 225 lbs, Male, age 25.

Apparently I messed up my calculations a bit..so I'm gonna do them over.. and I'm adding to it what I actually had today. for the first 2 meals.

I should be up around 2440ish to lose 2 lbs a week.
I dunno if my ratios are ok or where I should get it from. I think I need more protein calories, and some better fats maybe..

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Meal #1:

Oats are 27G of carbs per half a cup and 5G Protein

5 egg whites = 17.5g Protein/0g Fat/1.5g carbs
1 egg yolk = 2.7g Protein/5.1g Fat/0.3g Carbs
1 glass OJ = 2g Protein/0g fat/26g carbs
Meal #1 Total = 25.1g protein/6.3g Fat/40.7g Carbs

Not enough protein in this meal.

Meal #2
Protein Shake = 40g Protein/3g Fat/6g Carbs
1 slice w/w bread = 4g Protein/1g Fat/16g Carbs
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter= 3.5g Protein/8.5g Fat/3.5g Carbs

1 Tbsp. of Natty PB is 16G of fat

Meal #2 Total = 47.5g Protein/12.5g Fat/25.5g Carbs

Meal #3
6.4oz Chicken Breast = 57.0g Protein (????)/6.6g Fat/0g Carbs
1/4 cup brown rice = 5g Protein/1.5g fat/35g carbs.

1/4 C. Cooked Brown Rice is only 15G of Carbs
See my above comments in bold. I was going to continue on but you need to redoo your totals first. You are way off on these.

Ok well now I know not to get my totals from CalorieKing (I did this at work, most of it). When I go home I'll do my best to get actuals from boxes if possible.
