    EFA's

I don't really get what EFA's are, I read the guide to cutting, bulking and matience and It said thats EFA's are omgea 3 and omega 6, but I can never find any food that has it labeled, unless omega3 and omega 6 is polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, or I'm just not getting any EFA's in my diet.

did you read the sources of EFA's to include in your diet? and WHY you need them?

a brief list- fatty fish and/or fish oil supplements, flaxseed oil, hempseed oil, olive oil, avocado's, nuts/seeds(dry roasted or raw), natural nut butters, egg yolks(YES!), etc.

Ya I did, its just like even on Nut labels they don't include how much EFA's are in them, O well I'll probablt just look into some capsules or something, it'd be easier for me to know how much I'm getting.

    thanks for your guys help
