I dont think that there is a set "limit" that you are looking for in regards to the sugars. I would aim to keep them low while cutting. As for the lactose, 20gms doesnt seem to be that much but then it depends on progress. Are you loosing weight? If so then if its not broken, dont fix itOtherwise if you have noticed a slow in fat loss, perhaps it would be at your advantage to cut back on the lactose a bit.
