    Question Startin stratch with Bulk Up need ideas

    Hiyas I am a 19 yr old male from the UK, My training is pretty much sorted out but I really wanna put on some bulk so I wondered if you guys could help me work out a meal plan.

    I can afford:
    Cereals ( cornflakes, muesli oats)
    Eggs (Can't stomach more than three in one go)
    Turkey
    Beef Steak
    Tuna ( can't stand it though YEURK)
    White Rice
    White Pasta
    1 small tub of Pro-Lab N-Large2
    Cabbage
    Carrots
    Tinned Peas
    Broccoli
    Cauliflower.
    Pints of milk
    If you guys could help me out I'd appreciate it very much

    I'm very lean only weight round 121lbs, have some muscle definition.

    Meal times:

    Meal 1: (something quick and simple) 5.30am

    Meal 2: 10am

    Meal 3: between 12pm-1pm

    Meal 4: 3.30pm

    Meal 5: 5.30pm

    Meal 6: 8.30pm.

    Before bed: Would prefer to have pint of milk (full fat)

    ditch the cereal.. go for old fashioned oatmeal. Or else high Fiber cereals.

    You need a variety of more complex carbs... how about brown/wild rice. You can buy that in bulk very cheap. whole grain pasta/bread, red or sweet potatoes/yams. Inexpensive.

    you need some EFA's (healthy fats). These are not only beneficial for health but also calorie dense(as you are in need of).
    Good sources- olive oil, flax oil, hemp oil, avocados, nuts and seeds, natural peanut butter, etc.

    Do you like cottage cheese? thats perfect before bed along with some EFA's.
