    is there a max amount of calories i should eat each day if im bulking or does it not matter as long as there healthy

    your body can only synthesize so much new muscle tissue in a give period of time regardless of how high the caloric intake is. one of the many reasons why counting calories makes weight gain and loss so easy...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    You want to slowly increase your consumption of food from its current intake. By 200 or so each week until you reach weight gain.
    And think quality vs. quantity first. Your body needs proper nutrients to grow!
