PB sandwiches are not a good choice I personally feel its better to keep fat and carbs seperate. Carbs & Protein or Fats & Protein.

What are the ingredients in the bread?

    The PB is fine.

Good lord, how many calories are you eating? I don't know your stats, but assuming that you are male, this is way too low.

No no, you got it all wrong. PB and marmite, the best combo about. Though, you guys probably don't have marmite, you probably hve Vegemite or another yeast extract. I eat two PB & marmite sandwiches a day, must be why i can't get as cut as I'd like!!!!!!!!
