    Brown rice is really good for you... you better give yourself enough time to cook it though. It takes a long time.

    brown rice is great, so is wild rice or bastami rice(which I find tastier).

    bastami rice NO WAY... really?????? isn't that the same thing as white rice??? I'm pakistani and the only thing my mom cooks is basmati rice... i NEVER knew it was good for u..

    No, not the white rice version. Brown Basamatti Rice Has a nice nutty flavor and smells like popcorn when its cooking

    would chicken friend rice be good for you? cause I could get my dad to cook it up on his wok and bring me home a HUGE load of it every night.

    Well what he does is, he steams up some rice, then he throws it onto the chinese wok and fries it and adds a little bit of soya sauce, chicken and some onigions.
