Taking a break for a week

Im just wondering, do you guys ever take a week long break from healthy eating? Im not talking about pigging out on junk, just eating what you feel like.

    "F.A.T
    That is me
But I didn't used to be
I was hot. I was hungry
I was loose. I was free
Then I waited in the line
For some burgers and some fries
    Super size, that'd be nice
Take a bite and close your eyes"

I just took the past 3 weeks off from the gym, it was a well needed break. I ate out at resturants and had fattening deserts every night !
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I don't. However, I cheat maybe two days per week while I lean bulk and one time every week or two while I am cutting.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

what are your goals? If your just maintaining I see no harm in treating yourself a couple times a week perhaps. But a whole week? Unless you go on vacation and just want to enjoy life, then thats fine.. (as I do when I go away as such) but just doing it for the simple pleasure of eating, isnt necessary to me?
