high fructose corn syrup is possible one of the worst things a person can ingest on a regular basis next to trans fats...

I'm not sure where you shop at but there are tons of breads out there with out it. personally all I eat now is sprouted breads...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

You always want to steer away from High Fructose Corn Syrup, and I really have no idea what kind of grocery story your buying from, but if every single bread has it then I guess just keep it to a minimum.

Almost all regular whole wheat or whole grain breads have high fructose corn syrup in them. That is why you need to watch the ingredients VERY carefully when selecting a bread. You also need to watch out for trans fat. I prefer sprouted grain bread or a local bakeries whole grain bread. We have a great one here that is fresh and only uses the best ingredients.
