does anyone know what kind of EFA is in mayo?
Hellmans is all unsaturated, so I cant see a reason not to use it, at least sparingly, provided that it probably doesnt have the best of ratios. I know Jodi uses a special kind, cant remember which oil its made from though(?) |

I use Safflower Mayo or I make my own. Do a search in the recipe forum for EFA Mayo. I have a recipe in there
 Canola oil is in regular mayo and IMO it's not a good choice of oil. |
