    Meal timing????

After I consume my post workout shake (which is about 500-600 calories), how long should I wait until I eat my first solid meal?

yes, what does your post workout shake consist of?

    what are your goals?
" To dream anything you want to dream: That is the beauty of the human mind. To do anything you want to do: That is the strength of the human will. To trust yourself to test your limits: that is the courage to succeed."

60 minutes is long enough. you don't want a lot of carbs in the whole food meal after the PWO shake if you are using an insulin spike as insulin sensitivity will decrease for several hours following a spike. low GI carbs are favored in this meal...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

My PWO consists of 50gms whey protein (iso pure powder or optimum whey) and 90gms simple/complex carbs (45gms carbs from a product called "carbo hit" which is pure complex carbs and 45gms carbs from gatorade) along with 10grams creatine, B-100 complex vit, 2,000 mg vit "C" and 2,000 mg vit "E"
