how much bodyfat do you have? Two people at the same height and same weight can look completely different if they have different bodyfat percentages.

Well, for a female with a height of nearly 5'8 I would say 135 lb sounds pretty healthy. You could even get away with being a few pounds heavier on the scales...

Of course, as P-Funk stated, it does depend greatly on your bodyfat %. More specifically, how you look at 135lb will vary drastically! You will look a lot leaner if you are 135lb and 17% BF to if you were 135lb and 27% BF.

At the end of the day, weight should not really play that much of a factor... Yes, you should make sure you are in healthy weight range, but beyond that it all comes down to your body composition.
