does it matter were the proteins come from?

does it matter if i get protein from a supliment instead of regular food as long as i get enough? because my supliment has 25 vitimens and anti oxidents and amino acids and stuff and thats the only way i can get antioxidents and some of the amino acids so does it matter if i take a sup. twice aday instead of one of the meals?

Common sense says that you should ingest more protein from food than from a supplement.
Btw proteins are different, some are complete and some are not. How fast they are absorbed is relevant as well.

first of all you need quality protein every 3 hours, so are you saying that you want to get it from a supplement every meal, or just a couple of them?
