    Sweet peas

    Hi,

    can i have sweet peas, spinach and mushrooms instead of brocolli and asparagus as i am tired of these two vegetables.

    spinach and mushrooms are fine in any amount, although you may want to measure your peas.. they are a starchy vegetable and higher in calories and carbs.

    And of course, one of my favorite greens. Can't win!

    I like green beans a lot better though.

    Too bad I'm lazy and it's all canned and stocked up in the kitchen for months, instead of fresh/frozen.

    Yes, definately switch up which vegetables you are eating. Variety is important.
