    Beef Jerkey!

    Was wondering if you guys would consider this as a clean snack? Not An everday snack but like just once in a while when you need a change from the same old stuff.

    No not really clean. The sodium is killer in that stuff.

    I use it for a snack when I'm in a time crunch or I'm out and can't get a meal in. High protein and low fat

    Sorry, I have no clue why I said that. Too much sodium makes you retain water and essentially makes you look soft. So eat up.

    Yes, you are right about that but nothing that drinking some extra water can't handle.

    The beef jerkey is good for emergency or a treat but not something I would make part of my daily diet because of possible nitrates. I buy only one kind and it has only 1G sugar and it's packed with 26G of Protein for 2oz. and it's lower sodium. Not all beef jerkey is alike so just watch what's really in it.

    I like Salmon and I like jerky, but not sure about combining those two. May taste like chicken ice cream.
