i piece of chocolate cake will set you back 6 months. the sugar content of the cake will eat approximately 1/2 of your muscles. also you will probably put on 40 lbs. of fat.

I have those days quite often and they don't affect me. It takes about a week to recover.

A binge day shouldn't set you back at all depending upon what you are talking about. IF you are talking about eating 500g of fat, well them maybe. Just consider it a refeed for fat. I do a binge meal+ once per week to keep by system on its toes.
THAT WHICH DOES NOT KILL ME, CERTAINLY MUST MAKE ME STRONGER

one day a week won't hurt you, as long as you exercise a little more that day (ie walk around like 10-30 minutes after eating something extremly fatning) and you'll be fine, you might have an upset stomach of feel a little "bigger" the next day but if you follow your normal diet and exercise routine the following day you'll be fine

I've forgotten what donuts taste like...

I think I need to stop reading this thread now before I'm tempted to binge.
