    baked beans (canned)

    are these bad i know there is alot of sugar in them but does a hard gainer like myself need to worry about that . also what about sauces like brown and tomatoe should i stay clear of these ?

    I personally think you could find a better choice than canned baked beans. Why not get the beans but without all the added sauces? That would be a better choice IMO.

    baked beans are high on the insulin index. I would not eat them on a regular basis...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
