    Days you know your just gonna be sitting down

    follow same meal plan as every other day? or cut our carbs more or less ... or even calories?

    depends on your goals. You could slightly decrease calorie intake since you wont be as active but if your goal is to gain muscle, than the extra food will aid in muscle repair and growth.

    now im confused a bit..im cutting but i thought i would be gainng muscle while losing fat.. .. Or is it loss fat while keeping asm uch muscle as possible?

    generally(depending on diet) most will aim to hold onto as much muscle as possible while dieting.. LBM gain isnt impossible while dieting, but quite frankly rather difficult and minimal.
