Could someone please give me an example of a very rough mass gaining diet? I just need a basic outline. i've tried searching around but i didnt come up with anything too solid.
FYI: 19 years old, 5'8" 145lbs been training for 3 years (beacause i was an idiot when i was younger id say only the last year has counted)
