School, no time to eat good!!!!!!!

i am a freshman at the unversity of kentucky. my diet sucks because i always eat at the commons (buffet stuff) and the only healthy thing they really have is salad and some types of fruit. i have a mini frig. and a microwave in my room. in the basement is a stove so i could use that if needed. i was just wondering what types of things i could live off of while in school and still keep a pretty healthy diet? i want to start cutting cause i need to lose about 10 pounds (especially in my stomach). any help is very much appreciated.

plan plan plan ahead.. that means cooking if you must. There are many options to carry with you around campus for classes, etc if your not going to be in your living quarters for meal times.

    It definitely does matter.
If you want to cut, there are some things you can eat and some that you can't. The same if you want to bulk....

Agreed. I always end up eating during class and during work. I just don't care, and no one else really seems to either. I just say, "I'm going to eat. Period." Then I do.

Oh, by the way atherjen, I just had to tell you I think you get more beautiful in every new photo you use for your avatar. All the healthy eating obviously pays off.
