Why can't you bring your own food? Is there a rule at your school saying all students MUST eat the food sold on the school gounds? I highly doubt it (this would be discriminatory for students with financial problems, those with food allergies, those with religious constraints etc - the school just couldn't do it).

You just need to get organised!! Simply prepare your meals in advance and take them with you. There are MANY quick, simple meals you can prepare (try this thread HERE ).

In regards to eating every three hours - Do you have 'recess' or any short breaks between classes? If you eat before school (7.30am) then you would only need to eat twice during school hours - about 10.30am and 1.30pm. I am sure you get a lunch break (probably around 1pm??) so that would be a good opportunity to eat, and 5 minutes is all you need to chow down something quick for your other meal (even if you made a milkshake and took it with you - you would just have to drink it quickly between classes).

I will eat in the middle of class. I don't care what they say. Or, I will try to work it so that I can throw down a quick meal between classes. Here's what I have done today so far:

6:45AM - Wakeup and eat breakfast
    9:15AM - Eat pre-made meal between classes
12:00PM - After class eat a protein bar

You could do the same thing (The first meal only is out of the fridge for 2 hours or so). Just eat as soon as you get out of class at 3.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
