    High fibre food for DS Surgury

    Hi,

    I am a newbe, I need some help! My Sister is going to have weight loss
    surgary (DS) next week, and she needs to eat high quantities of protein.
    For the first few weeks she will only aloud to eat soup, and so I am trying
    to make home made soup that is as high as posible in protien. Does any one have any recepies, or ideas, I would love to here from you, Please.

    soups made with lentils are very high in fiber...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
