Total Fat / Calories From Fat

Someone help me w/ this. I would like to eat more tuna w/ lettus. Problem i need mayo or something. I just look at best foods and it said for (1 tb) has 9 grams total fat. Also has 100 calories and calories from fat 100. If I'm trying to bulk but want to watch the waist, do I have to pass on the mayo. I'm I watching for total fat or calories from fat.

20% total fat and 30% of the 20% can be saturated. That is what I aim for.

I try to hit 50% monounsaturated, 25% polyunsaturated (including Omega 3 &6 fatty acids) and 25% saturated fats...

I go for Hellmans lite mayo. not sure right now how many grams of fat, but def less than 9g/tbsp. I think it is .5g/tbsp, but will have to check.

I have my tuna with potato and peas+carrots (my post wo meal). I use lite caesars salad dressing. Again not sure of fat content, will check and let you know.

Use a lite or fat-free mayo. Any good grocery store should carry this. They have added sugar (to help the taste), but not enough that it should be a problem unless you are in contest prep.
