    Interesting study of high carb diets...

    Although 80% carbs is over the roof . What do they mean by "study was terminated after a 72 hour fast". They couldn't eat for 3 days ?

    I believe it means after a couple of days on the diet they went into a 72 hour fast to find if GH was affected in men, etc.

    Fasting for me is about 4 hours w/o food

    I can easily lie on the couch and starve, if needed. But i dont want to risk loosing any hard earned lbm.
